          All of the 270 Apprentices receive full family coverage

              insurance as part of the negotiated package.       

     This benefit kicks in once the apprentice has worked

      140 hours per month for 2 consecutive months.

​

                     All of the 270 Apprentices receive retirement benefits

with the first hour they work.

   So, from day one on the job, their contractor will contribute $8.97 per hour which does not come out of your  hourly rate.
