          All of the 270 Apprentices receive full family coverage

              insurance as part of the negotiated package.       

     This benefit kicks in once the apprentice has worked

      140 hours per month for 2 consecutive months.

​

                     All of the 270 Apprentices receive retirement benefits

with the first hour they work.

   From day one on the job, their contractor will contribute contract agreed wage per hour which does not come out of their hourly rate.
